Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 28 FEB 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to 
approve the minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were 
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Randy will work with Bob to determine the correct data to pass into AMI_Init() 
   for checking and to call AMI_Close(). Weston will create the data needed for the 
   arguments to AMI_init() and work  with Mic Shaeder if possible.
   Open. Atul responded with questions that need discussion.
   
 - Weston Beal update spread sheet and Users Guide to correct the duplicate Error 
   messages and provide a *_WIP6 version.  Bob will send links for updated documents 
   to Atul.
   Done. Bob needs to send an updated set of links to Atul for WIP6 that is already 
   uploaded and posted [AR].

Discussion:
a.	Bob Ross BIRD219.1 and BUG227 questions from Atul
    There is an issue with the required symbol_time input to the AMI_Init function.  
	If we hardcode an input for this in the parser, there may be models that will 
	generate errors for unsupported symbol_times.  Without valid AMI_Init output, 
	the parser will not be able to get the root_name to complete the required check.  
	Atul suggested requiring a new API function AMI_GetRootName().  Bob suggested we 
	bring this issue up at the Open Forum meeting on Friday for further input.
b.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI
    No update
c.	Continue processing new IBISCHK720 Parser Development Specification 
    $2000.00 and March 20, 2023 delivery date
    Contract has not been signed.  Bob thought Atul was waiting to sign until we 
	understand how to proceed with BUG227.  Will decide what to do about the contract 
	after Friday's discussion.
d.	User Guide 7.1.1 Review
    Release is uploaded and can be announced on Friday.
e.  New BUG239 (Enhancement) and BUG240 (Crash) discussion

    Bob will review BUG239 one more time for clarifications.  Further discussion is 
	needed on Friday to see if there is agreement on the need for a Caution message.

    BUG240 is ready to be classified.

f.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation)
    No work this week on this topic.
